What to expect

Whether you are new to straps, or returning after a break, join us and reap the benefits of aerial straps training in a fun and confidence boosting environment. Aerial straps offer a wide array of moves, poses and transitions that can be learned and added to your repertoire. Our aerial straps classes offer a chance for you to dive right into a very physically demanding but rewarding discipline. It may take time, but the benefits in terms of core strength, balance, and concentration will be tremendous.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for these sessions - all are welcome, including new starters

What to Wear

Comfy, stretchy clothing that won’t restrict your freedom of movement. Close fitting items are ideal as baggy clothing can become caught on the equipment itself. Additionally, long hair must be tied back, and all jewellery removed.

How much are the sessions

All of our regular sessions work out to be £15 per hour PAYG, but you can save money by buying a credit multipack (£13.50 per hour), or membership (from £9.50 per hour)

How to Book

All of our sessions must be booked in advance via our app or website. Visit www.thepoleshed.com/book for more details. They are small sessions with a maximum of 6 participants for Aerial, and 10 for Pole and mat based classes, so they may get booked up in advance.  Classes are released for booking on the 10th of the month for the following month.  If classes do not have the minimum number of students they may be cancelled 24 hours before.

Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer make a session please cancel via the Pole Shed app or website.  If there is 24 hours or more before the class your credits will be refunded for you to use another day (within the expiry of the original credits).  Any cancellation after that time will be considered a late cancellation and the credits will be forfeited.
